
Shmuel Sapir specialises in complex civil, commercial and administrative litigation, as well as in defamation claims.
He joined the firm in 2006. His work covers complex and precedent-setting cases, representing clients and non-profit organisations before the courts and advising them on an ongoing basis. He has extensive experience in conducting proceedings at every stage, from formulating the legal strategy and analysing complex issues, through drafting pleadings, to appearing before the various courts.
Before joining the firm he completed his traineeship at a litigation practice, and in 2004-2005 worked at another firm, where he dealt mainly with planning and building law, development levies and charges, municipal taxation and other civil matters.
He holds an LL.B. from Ono Academic College, where he was named to the Dean's List during his studies.
He has been a member of the Israel Bar since 2003.
